Township Apartments

"I could not express how terrible these apartments are They change managers every couple of weeks, no one ever answers the phones, takes 2-3 weeks for an “immediate” maintenance request, everyone loves smoking wherever and parents/staff don’t know how to tell the kids they can’t leave their toys/bikes/belongings on the street, on your car or on the stairways. Please make this your absolute last resort they are truly awful and apartments to live in."

"We have been at township for over two years. We have a three bedroom and have never had any issues here. The grounds are always very well kept as well as the employees being amazing. The manager Gigi has been nothing but understanding and helpful in all situations! She truly goes above and beyond for the tenants. The apartments are very nice and feel safe. I love that I can let my kids play with the neighbors outside with no worries. The soccer field is also a huge plus as that's where my son spends most of his time. We will stay with township until we move on to purchasing a family home."

"I recently moved into the Township Apartments and they have been great! I am in a two bedroom one bath with a roommate and we had a couple of minor maintenance requests that were repaired in two days! I am actually moving into a slightly larger two bedroom and Gigi in the office has been amazing to work with during the transition! I believe the staff go above and beyond and really care about their residents. The facility is nice and I always feel safe for my daughter and myself to live at the Township. If you are new to Canby check them out! You won't be sorry!"

"This is by far the best apartment experience I have ever had. The prices are fair, the apartments and grounds are well kept, the people are friendly... Our property manager Jose has been absolutely amazing and, whenever we have any questions or concerns, he is quick to jump in and get everything resolved. Our head of maintenance Francisco has been a lifesaver and we have appreciated how quickly he's been able to help us out in the past. Keep it up, guys!"

"Moved in 3 months ago and love it here. I transfered from out of state and they accepted deliveries, set up my cable, and other things you need done when your not there. Great staff, they are 8-5 but we all need a life. My apartment is quiet, I really only hear my neighbors occasionally when the water runs. Great brand new appliances, new carpet, great place. The only draw back is when friends come over they need to park on the street which can be a hike for some units."
