"I absolutely love the office staff Sean ( manager) and Lauren (assistant manager) Sean has made this place so much better in the short time that he’s been our manager! Sean and Lauren always have their doors open and ready to greet you with a warm smile. It’s been a pleasure working with Sean and Lauren. I was surprised at the amount of care that they have for the tenants. Sean listens to what you’re saying and hears your concerns then works to find solutions. They always follow through with what they say in a timely manner and I very much appreciate that. Salvador and Paulo our maintenance team are AMAZING!! They have been working hard to make sure that everything works properly and the tenants have clean common areas. The team here definitely makes it a wonderful place to live!!"
"The apts are kept up nicely, most tenants are usually quiet and polite , management is helpful and on top of our needs , maintenance is helpful and pretty cool to deal with we're pretty happy here ,,,, No apt complex is perfect but this is as close as your gonna get thanks for all you do ."

"I've been living at the Tualatin View apts for around 14 yrs now. I just love it here too. I love how my apt overlooks the whole back landscaping yard (so to speak). It's beautiful & its right on the river, too. It's so quiet here, inspite of the kids that live here. Its only a few blocks from Fred Meyers & there are also a few parks that are also very close. They're great for hiking..."
