"Thanks so much Prime Group, Property Manager, Service Manager and Maintenance Team, and to the Consultants that are Professional and kind I appreciate y'all. The remodeling is looking sweet; and thanks always for promptly responding to my request."

"It was the middle of the night and my bathroom fan/light started leaking water from my neighbor upstairs. Maintenance was prompt and on the spot, getting into the apartment above and turning off their bathroom sink and cleaning up the mess with a shop vac Thank you for that and thank god it wasn't the toilet that was overflowing."

"If I could give a 0 star review I would in a heartbeat. I lived here for two years and it was a horrendous experience. We could never get ahold of anyone, and with constant harassment from threatening neighbors and fires being started by arson we didn’t renew. We lived with constant issues with water damage, and lived in a half-repaired home without baseboard trim and bubbling flooring from being installed without the water damage being mitigated properly. We were told at move out that everything was taken care of as our apartment was never repaired fully after the fire happened in our building and to our surprise we still have a balance after calling multiple times to confirm we didn’t have anything left to take care of. The staff never respond to complaints, and the managers are constantly changing, making finding solutions to issues nearly impossible."

"Me and my partner are moving from California and the team at Rock creek were amazing and very helpful. Very smooth process from the application stage to flying out and getting the keys. I worked hand and hand with Sendy and Judy within two weeks to get everything squared away for our move. Always available during email and phone, never not once answered the phone or respond to my emails. Received a response each time within 24-48hrs and that was over the holidays. When we arrived, we spoke to Jarell and Alicia who were super nice and welcoming. They all were straightforward and super helpful to provide us with any requested changed we had about the unit. The complex itself is so big, green and just overall beautiful. They completed some new renovations on some units/buildings and they look brand new, and just overall nice. Lots of parking around the complex, great gym and equipment, and it’s very quiet area for so many buildings/people living on the property. For dog parents like myself, this is the place for you. Lots of space and grass for them to play. Overall an amazing, easy experience!!"

"I was fine with this place for the most part until I got debt collector calls 6 months later for unpaid fees from Rock Creek. Seeing as nothing ever popped up in my portal while living there about anything unpaid, it kind of pisses me off to say the least that the actual apartments couldn’t follow up with me themselves. As far as the location goes, it’s fine. I do appreciate the friendliness of most of the staff, and the fact that they have studio apartments. I think it’s a little silly seeing how much the prices have gone up since, but seeing as I didn’t have an option at the time, it was a good place to have a studio. It was hard for me to leave because it felt like home, but the location is definitely not without fault. Although it has the benefits of being close to a lot of the better Tanasbourne area, and right off of the freeway, they make it seem a lot nicer in the photos. The hallways look like a dorm hall, and the rooms are a bit dingy. My sink continuously had water leaking from the sides, and the air conditioner cover fell off the same day I moved in. While I liked having a balcony, I was right next to the pool, so I could hear kids screaming during the summer up until 10pm - super nice when you have to work in the morning. I got barely any of my security deposit back, which besides some cleaning faults, is probably because the place was “broken” before I even moved in. There’s ample parking on the backside of the building which was nice, but the residents tend to speed through the areas where barely one car can fit through, so I’m surprised there’s been no accidents yet. Overall, I think you can do better for a one bedroom location. This place is adequate, but is in need of actual repairs before it can justify raising it’s price."
