"As a Client seeking to navigate the disability process, I struggled to even understand the process. I reached out to Destinee at patient support services for help. From My initial meeting with Destinee - she helped first determine if she was able to help, went meticulously thru my Medical records and helped me navigate the Disability process. I don't believe I would have been able in any way to organize and provide all the information and details that she provided thru the entire process. She was there from day 1 and helped all the way from the initial application, thru to my appeal (as the disability process tends to decline you the first time regardless of your disabilities) The appeal process and being prepared for the judge is incredibly stressful, and again she was there for all of it.
