"The only reason I moved here was to be near my best friend. The process of getting into an apartment was daunting. Sophia, at the leasing office, was the only one from whom I felt I had any responsive contact. Jack kept making promises that he did not keep. When I tried to go to a higher level, I never received any response to my emails. I am now in an apartment that is replete with cat urine, a great health risk to me, and Sleep Sound wants me to jump through their hoops instead of putting me in another apartment that's open on this property."
