"Joan is an amazing apartment manager. Even if her personal life was very rocky she made sure to respond to anything I needed as quick as possible. I never felt like I wasn’t being listened to, and any issues with the unit were fixed in a timely manner."

"There have been a lot of positive changes at Sherwood Manor. Joan, the apartment manager, is extremely friendly, helpful and thorough. Even though she has another career...she has been immediate in her responses for apartment fixes. The apartment complex and laundry facilities are kept nice and clean. The price point on the apartments is very reasonable. There is an elementary school and high school close by within walking distance. There is also an awesome park (Lincoln Park) right across the street. My family is happy here and we hope to continue our residency here. Melissa Shirts"

"If I could leave a worse review I would. 0 stars. Managment really doesn't take any maintenance requests seriously and repeatedly violated Oregons maximum time to resolve issues in 30 days or less. I requested to have my shower fixed in Nov of 2021, it did not get fixed until water was leaking through my roof and onto my TV in 2023. The way in which I was treated recently after requesting maintenance to come in was abhorrent, and the managers wife, who doesn't even work for the property company, dealt with me in a way that was unprofessional and rude. The only reason these items got fixed was becuase I threatened to hire out the work and deduct the charges from my rent if they continued to refuse maintenance. I have done my own maintenance on multiple issues becuase they did not come out to fix it, and surrounding neighbors have had the same issue. I have gotten 3 of their apartments rented out personally, and through those 3 renters additional units were rented out. I am so sorry to everyone whom I've suggested they live here (purely becuase of location and cost) allow me to rectify that by stating very clearly that no one should rent these apartments unless they enjoy their renters rights being trampled over. Was in units from 2019-2023 and I will never rent from this location, or this property managment company again."

"The apartment manager doesn’t take maintenance emergency seriously. It is like they’re focused on themselves and not their renters and their safety. The pipes blew not once but twice and won’t fix it. Takes their time and doesn’t care."

"I have no storage because rats are running rampant on my back patio, the shed is rotten clear through and my onsite will not do anything about it. I have even sent him pictures."
