"Here's the situation. I'm a former agent, and I believe in good insurance. Making it work for you. I happen to trust Farmers even though they've made mistakes. I've seen bad agents in every company (some have more than others or take the ones that get "fired" for bad practices). I also trust Chad. He's a second gen agent, so he knows his stuff, particularly in commercial accounts. He's a good recommendation for small business and I think he's been doing those for well over 10 years. He's easy to get along with and think he's a good agent, but I understand that it likely seems bias. Having seen what bad agents do though? Yeah, he's a good one. If you're reading this review, good luck in your shopping. I just recommend you find an agent you trust, because online shopping often leads to disappointed claims.
