"This place is one huge red flag. It's always completely deserted and their doctors keep quitting within weeks of each other. The primary doc I ended up with refused to diagnose or treat ADHD and referred me to a psych there, then that psych drug the process out to three appointments, told me she was ready to address the ADHD in our next appointment, THEN QUIT TWO DAYS LATER. As if that wasn't weird enough, the receptionist said that the psych had reset the appointment to follow up with a primary not a psych so it sounds like she had no intentions of ever diagnosing and it was all just a weird medicaid scam. Steer clear!"

"I had missed 2 of my appointments because I have had court each week for the last 3 weeks and I have 2 kids and no one to really watch them because I just moved here from Texas and I barely know anyone. I showed up to my 3rd appointment and I parked at 8:10 and walked in the door by 8:12 and they said they would not see me even though they had not one person in the office or in the parking lot. They refused to see me because I was 2 minutes late, I personally felt like they didn't want to take care of me. Yall should take better care of yalls patients and actually care about what they are going through and the medical problems they have."
"UPDATE My Mom recieved a call the day after this review was posted from the office manager stating they had been informed of the very rude review We had left, and then proceeded to insinuate My mom is breaking Oregon state law By having Oregon health insurance as Her secondary as She is not a child, She signed up on the phone, they are well aware She has primary insurance and that She is not a child. The office manager also pointed out I said in My review they demanded full payment before My mom could receive care, but actually they only demanded half, I don't see how that makes it any better but have changed My review to reflect that. She proceeded to explain there billing process, then ended the message after stating they care about there patients and if She has any questions to call, I fail to see how withholding care from You're patients during a health concern is caring. I like Allison Munson And the nurses at the clinic My mom and I have been going to Her for year's, But there is something very fishy about there billing department's action's. My mother has primary and secondary insurance because She lost Her original insurance because My father retired, this clinic accepts both of Her new insurances, and told My mother that they would have no problem billing Her primary and secondary insurance and She could keep seeing Allison, that was in January of this year, jump to today, She calls to make an appointment for a health concern that She is having and She was told She had an outstanding balance of $225 from February and could not see Her doctor until She paid half of the bill, when questioned about the amount from February that She never received a bill for they proceeded to give Her the run around about why a bill was supposedly owed on services that are fully covered through both insurances. So She called Her insurance to find out what was going on and they talked to the clinics billing department, Her insurance was told that the clinic bills secondary insurance all the time and it was not a problem and that they would send the bill to Her secondary insurance right away. She called the clinic to verify this and make Her appointment and was told that they needed an hour to work out some issues and that they would get back to Her before She could make an appointment, about an hour later they call back and say She owes nothing but they do not bill secondary insurance and She is no longer welcome at the clinic?! She then called her secondary insurance to find out about Her options and was told they where never billed by the clinic for any of Her visits ever!? They say the bill from today may not be showing yet on there record's. My mom will be calling back in a few day's to see if the bill is showing on Her insurance and has been resolved. All I can say is when it comes to the billing department at this clinic after my mom's experience and reading reviews something smells fishy and be careful."
