"For 21 years, I endured a narcissist. The abuse started subtly with little comments he would make about my personality & appearance. Then, it progressed to pushing & shoving. Then it was a slap in the face & being choked in the kitchen sink. I became a shell of a person. He went to Eugene Therapy for.”help” & they taught him how to abandon & destroy someone even worse than he had done in 21 years with him. Never once did they meet with me or ask to. They helped him leave & destroy. Needless to say I’m better off now, years later, but I would never recommend this place as a place that gives a damn about people or relationships. They just taught a narcissist how to move on & destroy someone else."

"Don't bother if you are new or trying to return. You'll fill out intake paperwork only to be told there is no waiting list for new patients and if you don't catch their call you can't schedule. Why put people in a vulnerable place filling out their paperwork thinking they will be able to schedule if you have no ability to see them?"

"I can't really say enough negative things about my experience with Eugene therapy. To start off their online forms system is completely unintuitive and a pain in the butt! Also the fact that you can't seem to speak directly to your counselor and have to be filled it through these and napped and vapid receptionist's is probably the worst part of the entire experience for me so far! I am very very disappointed that my daughter's counselor decided to move from the Looking-Glass to this facility and I really hope she reconsiders."

"Eugene Therapy not only is home to able therapists, but has also mastered the art of being an easy-to-use business in a way that few therapists are. Marc has made it a point to make his process and environment extremely user-friendly so that clients can focus on the matter at hand and not be bogged down by logistics, insurance, etc. What a great find!"

"Jennifer the intake person is a nightmare. Even with the best insurance, getting to be seen is horrific!! Many Counselor's want clients and apparently Eugene Therapy is so busy they can be absolutely rude! They were recommended by another counselor in town that is amazingly positive to work with however for adolescent needs they may be okay with OHP but traditional insurance coverage acceptance sucks!"
