"The wait time was about two weeks and they were really good about reaching out and setting me up with a good therapist. I was specifically looking for a behavioral therapist and I found exactly that. All my appointments were done virtually and helped me work through a lot of the issues that I had dealt with. Great staff and great support."

"The office management staff are nice but this establishment is not equipped to help or diagnose neurodivergent adults using evaluations that are woefully ignorant of current science and of the experiences of adults seeking assistance Further, when provided with such feedback do not take any ownership of that reality."

"Place is a joke. Backlog over a year and don’t return phone calls. I tried making an appointment, completed all their forms as soon as they sent them, was told I’d be contacted to discuss scheduling and the waitlist. Then was ghosted. Kept following up for six months. The yesterday was finally called back and told they might be able to get me in over the summer of 2024. That’s ethically and morally ridiculous. But it’s Oregon so par for the course. I’d suggest moving to another state that actually takes mental health seriously."

"I've been working weekly with a therapist here since June, and it's been SO beneficial to my well-being. The physical space is comforting and warm, too. Definitely recommend if you're seeking both telehealth or in-person therapy."

"I absolutely DO NOT RECOMMEND this center for therapy. The prices per session are exorbitant and unconscionable, particularly given the formulaic and programmed mode of therapy used. Based on my experience with other providers, it seems unethical to charge $270/session. Note: If you do not place a credit card on file for collection of co-pays (even if you are paying co-pays as you go!), they will engage in excessive collection activity. Heaven forbid you fall behind one co-pay (even if your co-pay is relatively low due to amazing insurance). You will receive text messages, emails, and phone calls from ECAS. They will threaten to cancel your appointments at every turn. THIS INCREASES ANXIETY AND STRESS. Also, it seems really distasteful, and not good protocol--under any circumstance-- to have therapists (of a multi-provider clinic) calling & emailing their patients to collect co-pays. But especially when in addition to collection calls and texts & emails from billing admin. assistants! It is also incredibly uncomfortable dealing with aggressive administrative staff who hang up on clients that refuse to engage in debate (Erica). The money-motivated practices of ECAS seem questionable at BEST. See other reviews. Pass it along!"
