"The place is called Best Mind BEHAVIORAL HEALTH, but the guy they scheduled me with didn't do behavioral therapy for pain management, only prescribe meds. From my conversation with him, it doesn't appear that anyone there offers behavioral therapy. They bombard you with texts. Three texts reminding you of your appointment and five texts reminding you to complete your initial paperwork online, plus a call and an email is TOO MUCH. There's no way to opt out if you prefer to do it in-office on paper."

"I had a terrible experience categorically with providers, billing, and technical issues with their telehealth system. 1. Michael Draheim APN was listed as my provider. He was nice enough; however, Dr. Robert Olsen was the prescribing doctor apparently, something I was not informed of prior to the appointment. He overruled a medication three times that Michael Draheim had agreed to fill and I was not notified of it, silently just decided not to fill a medication because he disagreed. They even made me pay for a follow up just to finally tell me there was an issue... I had been taking the medication for five years and had to suffer through withdrawals with no reason given when I was already dealing with other more pressing issues. 2. I had informed them of my pending insurance prior to the appointment and they had not informed me of any issues. Even after the insurance went into effect and I had submitted it to them I had three appointments in the span of three weeks, only to get a voicemail an hour before the final appointment that they were out of network. Billing me over $1000 dollars, with one unnecessary appointment, without even attempting to submit a prior authorization or check if I was covered at all. 3. I had an issue with a telehealth appointment where it did not accept my payment information even though I was told it was not supposed to bill me at all. I called them repeatedly to try to get it sorted and went from being ten minutes early for the appointment to 10 minutes late before I was finally able to reach someone. Despite it being confirmed a technical issue and the provider was still waiting on the appointment the receptionist stated all she could do was reschedule a week later, not even bothering to reach out to the provider. I also submitted a request to receive all medical records and to this day, over a week later, have received no reply. This has been a nightmare. I have expressed my frustration while being as polite as I can manage, but I will never suggest them to anyone else. Despite Michael being overruled on medication, he was at least nice and attentive and apologized so I might have given them a half star just for the one person. Of course none of the other staff apologized or provided any solutions. Thankfully I contacted them in writing for much of this, and made sure they left voicemails rather than relying solely on verbal agreements. Their refusal to share records was a bit of a red flag."
