My daughter got to choose her favorite show on Netflix to watch while being treated, which turned this unfortunate scenario into something (fairly) enjoyable for her. "Very friendly staff. Felt super reassured after she explained the whole process and gave me the info sheets to handle dis-infecting home and explained how to best prevent re-infestation around kids with lice. My daughter does not enjoy her hair being brushed, combed or styled in anyway; I was worried it was going to be a difficult process! However, the technician was very sweet and as gentle as possible and talked my daughter through the whole thing. I feel much better taking her to the professionals than attempting yet another ineffective at home treatment. The time it saves you alone is totally worth it!"
