"I love Dr. Hester. He’s always professional and has great bedside manner. I’ve been going to him for over a decade now. I wasn’t too thrilled with the new gal at the front desk though. She was not friendly and was very curt with me. She said I was not in the system then when she found my information, she said the earliest appointment was in late August. I took the date. A week later my wife called the office and got an appointment in late February and she asked if they could book me alongside her appointment which the operator gladly did. I got to see doctor for my annual skin checkup and told him about the front desk person. I hope they fix it. Otherwise, I’d give office 5 stars."
"Upon arrival there was no delays in getting checked in and the wait to see the doctor didn’t take long either. Everyone from the front desk, assistant and the doctor were very nice throughout the whole visit. They made sure i was comfortable and gave me the information i needed"
"My visit was on time and the visit was thorough and my prescriptions were ordered for me right away. I didn’t feel rushed and we discussed all my concerns. As an established patient, that greatly helped in feeling I could get in to see my doc soon due to a new nasty infection that was freaking me out. Hope the office continues to deliver! I left happy with our plan, and we even discussed plans for my routine visits."
