She has always been so helpful in scheduling my appointments, accommodating my schedule, and is always so kind and patient when helping me with my exercises! My PT Shane is hands down the best I’ve ever met, and one of the best and most caring physicians I’ve ever worked with! From the moment I came into their office a year ago Shane has been amazing! He always made sure my concerns were heard and addressed. No question was ever too small or inconvenient, he would tell me everything he was doing and why it would benefit my recovery. He has never tried to pressure me into a care plan or treatment. It’s always been talked over and planned out together! He is extremely personable and kind. He takes time to get to know you and make you feel comfortable while in his care. Even on days when recovery seemed hard and I may have felt down he was there to remind me how far I’ve come and how great I was doing. I highly recommend Shane and this office to any and everyone! "Chris Hoekstra is very knowledgeable, personable and definitely helped my knees and back. I would have given 5 stars except the rates seem excessive to me and the communication regarding those rates could have been better. I was charged up to $364 for a single hour for learning a few exercises. I've never done physical therapy before so I don't know if that is normal but I will definitely research rates next time I choose a physical therapist. If at the end of the day I find that is a reasonable rate (based on market) and I needed additional help healing I would consider going back to Chris."
