"Took two years to get in they never call you back completely unprofessional Not to mention the doctors didnt adress my concerns what is the point of having a VA if you get no help, the doctors dont take your concerns seriously and you get sub human treatment"

"I used to trash the VA all the time, but today I went to the Urgent Care, and I got the best care I've had in years. The nurses were very polite and the doctor helped me right away, and he was very thorough. The Urgent Care in the Roseburg VA has significantly improved! Thank you, it's like a whole new place! Edit- I also go to the dental clinic there, and they are phenomenal! They are polite and they go above and beyond. They gave me a gold tooth instead of mercury, and they made sure it fit perfectly. Great dental care!"

"I will never understand haveing to wait in urgent care waiting room for 2 hrs and then having to wait another hr before I’m even seen. So much for care for veterans. All the nurses just want to talk about their lives and they rarely care for the patients."

"Community care is a disaster! No show because they changed locations, no mail, no call nothing. I show up no one else is there and I'm the no show! Make a new appointment got a letter from va i have 7 days to make appointment i and call back with details. Of course VA snail mailed it so I had 3 days. Called community care they have no referral. On phone on and off for 5 hours because the care office fax wasn't receiving. Got an alt fax number, more waiting to be caller 1. Alt fax worked, I called to make apt and all the fax came at once and they will call to make an appointment. 7 days later im listed as a NO SHOW! Free government care anyone? This is the shining example."

"I'm a rated disabled vet and go here often. First, the outpatient clinic is great. They are empathetic and (reasonably) treat pain. The pharmacy is very fast even if it's a very small area. I've never had a problem with them. If they have sent out your medication through the mail, it can take up to a week to receive it, but often they will give you a partial dose at the window. The biggest problem with the VA system in general is the lack of doctors. I have to see a PA through teleconference when I go see the doctor. However, if you are rated over 50%, they will allow you to see a doctor in the community. I'm not a fan of being required to wear a face mask still, but it's a hospital so I understand. The lab is the fastest I've ever seen and x-ray is great."
