"Got a knee brace from them which took them months...a few hours after appt they call and say "oops, we provided you with the wrong brace, you need to return". Not thorough. . I then have to pay cash for the replacement knee brace at $330 due to them not being competent to do the insurance approval correctly.I look on Amazon and it's $285. Not feeling good about the entire ordeal, and their admin processes continue to lack."
