"If you've marijuana in you're system (she did a ua drug screen without telling me first. Btw it's totally legal here) she is terrible and terribly bias. Before the ua and blood work, boy was she nice and caring. After, she was cynical and heartless. I had to beg for a lidocaine injection in my shoulder. Afterwards i asked for something to help me with the extreme pain and muscle spasms (from a documented problem, not just made up) after the shot wears off and she said "no, you tested positive for marijuana! " and left the room. Mind you i was there for an allergic reaction to a muscle relaxer they've given me and was in tears and completely confused, side effect of the prescription."

"I am quite immune-suppressed with a donor kidney of a different blood type. I have a complex medical history with six brain operations. I had been vomiting for 17 days and the night before I finally went to urgent care, I had not slept all night and threw up even a teaspoon of water. I found Dr. Bobbie quite reassuring and she listened very well. I have had problems with some doctors in the past who did not have familiarity with immunosuppression or organ donation and misprescribed me. Dr. Bobbie was an excellent listener with a reassuring attitude who I will gladly see again. FANTASTIC!"

"My husband went to urgent care to be treated for poison oak. The doctor was in and out before the medical assistant had even finished my husbands vitals. Literally in there for about 2 minutes said yep its poison oak. I will get you an rx and walked out. I realize there time is valuable but.. we were charged $180 for less than 2 minutes of her time and they dont offer any discount for self pay patients. If he had insurance it would have been discounted but Nope we have to pay the whole $180. He was in between insurances due to a job change."

"Bobbie Smith-Ede was Super!!! But aftercare by phone staff/medical assistants is very poor and very frustrating to deal with...having to call 4 xs to try and get the right medication. Our pharmacy is very frustrated as well...makes them look very unprofessional!"
