"10/10 would not recommend this practice. They are not truthful and do NOT respect patient autonomy. I have never been treated so poorly in a doctor office before."

"Karen Shilling is the unfortunate part of this office. Extremely rude, talks horribly about other staff behind their backs and acts like a know it all. I don’t understand why they haven’t fired her already because almost no one likes her. On the upside, Cherie was great."

"My provider (Kathryn Lechner) has been very efficient and answered all of my questions as a first time mom. She would get 5 stars! The office itself has been disappointing. The front desk gal needs a training in kindness and sensitivity, especially when dealing with a demographic that needs a little extra care (expecting mothers)."

"My daughter is pregnant with her first baby. Unfortunately her husband is out of the country for work. My sister which is her aunt took her to her appointment and kindly asked the sonographer Karen Shilling if they would make an exception since her husband wasn't able to come to the appointment. She was very rude and unprofessional. I wont go into any details but, by the end of the very awkward and unprofessional conversation my sister was in tears. Don't go here if you like to be talked to with respect."

"I’m sure the OBs here are great, but my experience with the ultrasound tech during my last pregnancy was terrible. (January 2021) She was very cold to my husband who raced over from work but was about five minutes late. She complained about her son and politics the whole time. I felt like I was having to make her feel better when I was supposed to be there for an anatomy scan to see my son for the first time. This pregnancy I specifically requested a different imaging location and had a much better experience."
