"My husband has a CAT scan coming up and in order to pre-register, we've gotten calls from, what I believed were Mercy Imaging in Roseburg, OR only I could barely understand the people who called. After the last call this morning, I called back and got an English speaking person here in .America and discovered that their appointment notifications have been farmed out to some 3rd world country. I am NOT ok with this!! I don't want my personal information in the hands of someone in India or any other foreign country!"
"It is very disconcerting to have to deal with out of country foreign speaking schedulers who don't understand me or I understand them, to make appointments! Having received notice that my account at Mercy was compromised, I don't like dealing with out-of-country schedulers who hold so much information about me and I have since then, been the recipient of multiple spam foreign phone calls!!! Let's keep our local community people working HERE, Mercy!!!"
"I am very disappointed that CHI uses a call center over seas to schedule appointments. We have a local call center right here in Roseburg so even with staffing issues there is no reason to use a call center where someone is not local."
"I was scheduled last week for MRI. I took time off work. I got to my appointment 30 minutes pruor to and informed that the MRI machine was down and I would have to reschedule. Luckily I was able to be rescheduled for the following week. I arrived again 30mins prior to my 7 am appointment. I sat for 45 mins and now have been informed the MRI machime is down again but to please be patient. It is so frustrating when you dont have a choice of services in town and the only choice you have is Mercy. This community deserves better than Mercy."
"Very personable and caring. Even without an appointment, I was in within 15 minutes for X-rays. So many places would act like they were overburdened ( due to staffing shortages) but I was treated like a guest. The tech took into consideration that I am disabled, and took extra care to make me feel safe during the procedure."
