"I fell and was injured multiple places on my body. I went in and was sent for a exray of my shoulder and the joint. I had to beg over and over to get someone to read my exray. I was basically ignored by the doctor and exray at the hospital. They got tired of me and read the exray. I was told it was a slight separation and sent to physical therapy, about two months later no good results. After a struggle and refusal to give me a MRI, I was sent to a surgeon. He did a MRI and sent me on to another surgical center as my injury was so bad! Major Rotator Cuff surgery! My other arm also had been badly injured with a 90 0/0 tear included! That was my better arm! They made me feel bad and caused me a lot of extra pain."
