"I had a family member airlifted to Salem Hospital from WA state and they were so caring every time I called and even more so when I arrived in person. Unfortunately, my loved one passed away for 3 weeks in ICU they keep trying to do everything they could. Staff was honest and understanding!"

"They are super nice! I came to stay the night with my dad and was wanting a snack he gave me his card and I walked towards the elevator and asked the nurse where it was he told me also offered to take me. for some reason the machine didn’t work. So I told the nurse and they gave me Chex cereal 2 of them gram crackers and peanut butter:) super nice people blankets and beds are cozy to:)"

"If I could give 0 stars I would, I’ve been here for for nephews and Nieces and every single time they were unprofessional, unknowledgeable and would make you feel like you were doing enough on your end when it’s their end needing up."

"Our daughter recently gave birth in this hospital and I couldn’t say a negative thing about the entire experience. The nurses in Labor and Delivery were caring and comforting at a time that was quite scary in the delivery process. Even though there were 11 births in the same days, the Nurses handled it caring and smoothly. Thanks to them being caring, professional and competent my Grandson was born healthy and safely and my daughter cared for with compassion and patience. Bless you all for what you do each and every day."

"Everyone was polite and helpful, the waiting (reception) area was not noisy or crowded. My wait time was very reasonable. I arrived early and had a short wait time for my appointment."
