"Dr. Peters is fantastic. Have gone to him for years, never had to work with him on any major procedures, mostly just check ups and regular visits. However, time and time again, I have dealt with the most rude, short, and unpleasant receptionists over the phone. They have made me feel dumb for simple questions, rush through my call as if I'm a total inconvenience, and at times have been downright condescending and unkind. I NEVER leave bad reviews, however, I'm leaving this, simply hoping it will encourage them to make a change and to begin hiring receptionists who will treat patients with kindness, respect, and warmth. (For the record, there have been a few who are very sweet, but 9 times out of 10, I end the call with the worst experience and feelings about the interaction.)"

"Rudest answering service I have ever dealt with, Spoke to a lady named Ashley I needed to ask a nurse on hand a medical question and was first told that the nurse said “She does not have time for my questions” then she left the call and came back to add that the nurse also said “that this is not a priority and we have better things to do”. I am completely outraged at the nurse AND the answering service lady for this plain disrespect and unprofessionalism displayed. If this is how you are on the phone, I can only imagine how you all are with your patients in person."

"I had a great experience with Dr. Sarah Peters when I lived in Oregon. She was a great doctor who was willing to answer any questions I had. She was my doctor for my first pregnancy and was wonderful throughout that experience. She tried everything she could at the hospital to help my baby come naturally, and when that couldn't happen her and her husband performed my c-section. I would definitely recommend her to anyone. When I was looking for a doctor MANY of my friends recommended her or Dr. North. I recommend them to you too. Their office is nice and friendly. I really don't understand the other two reviews here. Go see for yourself and decide."
