"The therapists and other staff are top notch. If you're looking for help with mental health issues, you'll find it here. A Western meets Eastern approach to mental health. If you've ever searched for help and didn't feel like you were heard, this place will change your mind about how you think of psychologists and psychiatrists. I couldn't recommend them any higher. Everyone at the Wilsonville and Salem offices that I've dealt with has been kind, courteous and helpful."

"After receiving a referral from my child's PCP for my kid to see a psychiatrist I filled out the intake form for this place. After 8 weeks with no word, I finally reached out to them to follow up and see why I haven't gotten a call to make an appointment. I called twice on a Tuesday (one morning and one afternoon), and was told "I will follow up and call you back". No call back. I called on Wednesday, same response and finally on Thursday when I called the person finally said "well who has custody of the kid?" Excuse me? I do! I am the mom and my ex and I have Joint custody ..."oh, well, if that's in the court agreement we are going to need a copy of that before we can make an appointment"...why? My ex and I have been joint parenting for 5 years and never had to prove our arrangement...so I had my kids dad call to make the appointment and they STILL demanded my custody paperwork!!! I left a voicemail for the director of this clinic (who apparently is the one who determined that they need my custody paperwork even though they have both parents calling, there is no pending custody battles or CPS cases) and she never called me back! They are discriminating, unprofessional, and extremely shady! I asked my daughter's PCP for a new referral because obviously these people do not want to work with split families and do not follow anyone's rules/laws except their own! I have never been treated so poorly as a parent or a patient by any other medical practice in My life!"

"Billing! Why am I just receiving these EOB two months after my appointments? Billing must be late.. I know they have 30 days for medical claims. But Damn! I guess I will wait another two months for my bills from this office. And why does my EOB have Rebecca Dorsey listed? I never saw her. Infact, I saw a therapist/counselor who was in the process of getting her degree Laney. So how is it that you can charge $300 a visit, with someone who isn't even fully legit yet! Also the quality of video visits is very poor, I can't believe this screwery! I would definitely invest in an experienced on site biller for your company, but instead you trick people into signing your paperwork and actually providing their credit card information and charge the card without notice! YOU aren't helping people, if anything, your company causes more stress than the generic care it provides."

"I have been going to NW Mind Body Wellness for over a year, and have never felt more supported by a mental health team. From the front desk staff to my therapist, as well as medication management, each person I come in contact with is kind, helpful, and non-judgmental. I would also follow my therapist Sabrina to literally any practice she goes to, and am thankful I met her through this office. Thank you all for your kindness and support!"

"So when I first started going to see Melanie Porter, I had already been through seven other therapists. I hated every single one of them, so I was absolutely skeptical about her as well. I don’t know why I didn’t start seeing her before now. She is literally the best thing since sliced bread. When I go in to talk, and I have the heaviest chest ever, by the end of my session I feel confident I feel amazing and I feel validated. She is very knowledgeable And caring as well. I don’t know why anybody would ever not go see her. On top of that, the front desk staff are always nice always sweet and always amazing, as well as knowledgeable! Not only that, yes, I’m going to add more, the prescriber, I have, Logan, is literally the nicest guy I have ever met in my life. I don’t know what I would do without this company in these people."
