"Dr. Ivy Norris is an absolute horrible person. She was extremely dismissive to my mother, who had a lot of questions about my father’s cancer. She would not even answer the questions, she just gave her dirty looks. When my mother asked to stay with my father for his mohs procedure she refused. My mother explained that my father has dementia, and that she is his caregiver and the woman would not budge. My mother was visibly upset, and so she left my father there for his procedure. That nasty, nasty surgeon with her ridiculous inflated ego go kicked my poor elderly father out. When my mom returned to pick him up, he was standing outside by himself. I would not let this surgeon anywhere near your elderly parents."
