"After a car accident 8 years ago, I had chronic sciatic pain. Physical therapy helped some. Massage therapy never made a difference even with deep tissue. "Ona Lisa does amazing work! She really listened to my goals and needs. I don't know the pathophysiology behind her treatment, but I do know how amazing my body felt after each session. Massage is nice and gave some relief, but the stretching sessions with Ona Lisa were hands down 5 times better than a massage. I've been to several different massage places and if I have to choose between a massage and Ona Lisa Stretch Therapy, it's gonna be Ona Lisa every time. I would encourage anyone with pain or decreased range of motion to book an appointment with Ona Lisa!"
