"Maybe I have bad luck with specialists. They always seem dismissive and in a hurry. Unfortunately, this doctor was no different. He spent less than five minutes with me, didn't offer any advice, didn't answer my questions, and didn't do any follow-up. So I am left with distorted hearing with no explanations and no solutions. A waste of time and money. The only plus was that the audiologist and staff were nice and helpful."

"One of my worse experiences. I do not recommend. Had me reschedule my appointment (waited 2 1/2 hours) because I was 10 minutes late. We are in our 70s and could not run thru their parking lot. I have had earaches for 3 months. They looked in my ears and said there was nothing. And did nothing. I had many other issues and they were not addressed. They suggested mouthwash. As my third appointment neared they said my new insurance will not work for them. I have TriCare and Humana. And suggested I go somewhere else. I cannot tell you how angry I am. I wasted months with them. Gail Cage"

"All I got done here was having them look at my throat and feel it for about 30 seconds to get cleared for surgery. I got charged over $200 for that after insurance. Not only that but they sent the bill to the wrong address for months and never bothered to call. The only person that called was the collections agency because they sent it there without ever contacting me. Terrible staff. Go to a different place if you can."

"My mom had an appointment recently with ENT NW and I just wanted to comment on the great customer service she (we) received in person and on the phone! From reception (Caleb!) , the MA, Dr. Kellie and from Dr. Hiebert! They all were amazing, kind, helpful and very informative! Even when I called to cancel my moms upcoming appointment for hearing aides, Elaine was so kind and understanding, and even gave a referral that would work with my moms hearing aid insurance benefits! I highly recommend them!"

"We took our son to have tubes placed in his ears due to frequent ear infections. Dr. Heibert was professional and the surgery was successful, but the issue that my wife and I have is with the billing process. We were called the night before his surgery and informed that our out of pocket costs for the surgery would be a little over $4,000. Obviously that is a large sum of money that the average person does not have laying around so ENT Northwest offered us financing options which we quickly set up in order to pay for the surgery the following day. Surgery went well, and I spoke to Dr. Heibert immediately after the surgery and I was told that everything went great and exactly according to plan. Fast forward 3 months and we received another bill from ENT Northwest for $516 for creating the eardrum opening on my son. I called the office for clarification on this payment and they told me that I signed a paper saying that the original estimate was just an estimate and there may be other office costs incurred. I understand that it was just an estimate but if I spoke to the Dr. right after the surgery and he told me that everything went perfect, that would lead me to believe that the original surgery estimate was accurate. The thing that bothers me is that the bill was for “creating eardrum opening” which seems to me should have been included in the original surgery estimate, not an office cost. The extra $516 bill felt like a slap in the face and added financial pressure on my wife and I to an already stressful situation where we still have over $2000 to pay off from the original estimate. Shady financial business practices and poor explanation by the office staff. Thank you for the added stress on my marriage and wallet ENT Northwest"
