We are a thriving physician-owned rural health clinic that cares for approximately 5,000 patients and families. Our services include full-scope pediatric primary care for ages 0-18 years, including behavioral health, pediatric nutrition, and family care services. Our bilingual front and back-office teams are dedicated to providing compassionate care.
Located in the beautiful North Willamette Valley, Woodburn offers easy access to everything Oregon has to offer, from snow-covered mountains to coastal beaches. Our community is rapidly growing, with a flourishing food scene, shopping, wineries & breweries, water activities, hiking, and vibrant farmer's markets.
New patients are always welcome at Woodburn Pediatric Clinic, and same-day appointments are available if you call first thing in the morning. We offer a discounted/sliding fee schedule and no one will be denied access to services due to inability to pay. Please remember to bring all current medications and your insurance card(s) to each visit.
Our office hours are Mon - Thur: 8:00am - 7:00pm, Friday: 8:00am - 5:00pm, and Saturday: 9:00am - 12:00pm for urgent care only. We are closed on Sundays. Come visit us at Kochan Tami R and let us help you and your family grow healthy together.
