Standing by their guarantee to lose 20 lbs or take the program again for free, I felt I had to try it. I lost 25 and was ecstatic! With much more weight to lose, I signed up again with similar results. In one year Ive lost 75 lbs and over 93 inches. "Very frustrated to have a balance after I'd been paying the copay I was told by this office was my responsibility. The way this clinic operates compared to other clinics is odd. My first visit, insurance hadn't been verified yet I was asked to come in. I incurred hundreds of dollars of charges. By the time my second visit came around they still hadn't verified my insurance and I had to postpone. On my second visit I was escorted to a little office and presented with my docs stating insurance pays 70%, my copay will be 30%, here's a goodie bag and let's get you interviewed and watch a video. The interview and video experience was odd and done by a very smooth-talking provider which made me feel like I was talking to the sales department. He outlined what to expect but the started talking about my possible personal issues. I felt like I was in therapy. It was obvious they were trying to sell other services the clinic offers like weight loss and mental health services. The video they make new clients watch was an odd addition to my appointment which outlined expectations such "Come to a Tuesday night orientation". The entire process made me feel like I was buying a car. I will say the actual adjustments were great. Most personalities were OK."
