"I had to schedule with a specialist because I kept having panic attacks in the chair. That's never happened until recently. The way they look at you if you need anything for anxiety is a bit heartbreaking, but I scheduled the appt 6 months out. The appt time came and went and I got no updates. I just called and they said I was supposed to schedule it with the specialist, they didn't tell me they would be mailing something and that I'd have to schedule it from there. When I told them they need to communicate that to patients the person on the phone just acted like a robot and kept repeating the same thing "I can give you the number for the specialist " No apology just repeating the script. I've waited 6 months for this appt I've been in pain the whole time how could they be so cold? Why do animals going to the vet get anti anxiety meds so easily but a human can't? Why do they make it so difficult"

"This office is always understaffed and rescheduling very far out. I was scheduled to have a extraction and they called 5 min before my appointment to reschedule. This seems to happen more often then not."

"I absolutely hate this Gentle Dental. I honestly miss the one in Kaizer which is 10 times better. Today I had an appointment which required me to get numbed so I had no control of my face whatsoever during the whole procedure. As the dentist did they had the materials to stop water and saliva from spilling out of my mouth but the assistant didn't really try to and as a matter of fact when water and saliva went spilling all over my hair and she started giggling about it and when she apologized she laughed. I left that place immediately after that appointment so hopefully I am soon able to move back to the Kaizer station Dental which I highly recommend."

"Okay! For the first time in my life I am going to be and sound like a full blown Karen! So any Karen’s out there please let me know how I did! So first off the people behind the desk are so rude and disrespectful. Unprofessional. My daughter has been with gentle dental for years, we moved so we had to switch insurance and locations. So my daughter was made to do a first patient exam. First 3 times she was scheduled they canceled ! Two of those canceled appointments there was no communication, call or message. We are there and she is out of school for no reason. They canceled due to being very short staffed .Finally she gets her exam today. They don’t add cleaning! Just x ray . My daughter said she waiting 40 mins in waiting room by herself , they took x rays and that was it. Then we find out she has a good number of cavities!! So of course we need to schedule for that. Soonest time they wanted my daughter to come in was September!!!that is 7 months of my child with un treated cavities!!!! Plus they were only going to do one cavity per visit!!! Really??? Also won’t let her even have a orientation with the orthodontist until her cavities are fixed!?!? Rude and un kind and so unwilling to be helpful! Also the orthodontist !!! Okay so before today I had a orthodontist appointment set for March 2nd which I confirmed two days ago! Was told today the orthodontist now only comes once every two months not once a month and they found out 3 weeks ago so why the hell did they still confirm the appointment? Screw this place people!"

"So the previous reviews are inaccurate, this office has been extremely helpful and is more professional than most other Gentle Dentals. In fact I would go as far as saying it is the best one that I have been to. The office staff are always polite and welcoming, and the dentists are very friendly and understanding. (Thanks Natasha! ) To be honest I was nervous at first about having to schedule dentist appointments because I hadn’t been in quiet some time. This office took the time to completely schedule a plan on how to get the health of my teeth back on schedule. That being said, It can be frustrating to have to schedule an appointment and find out that it may be a month to 2 months out, but this office tries their best to get people scheduled in a timely fashion."
