Kristi's patient-centered approach emphasizes intensive lifestyle changes, including nutrition, physical activity, stress management, and mental health improvement, to address the root causes of health issues and help you live your best life.

"they will withhold your medical records for a $30 fee!! if you’re looking for a reliable clinic to get care i wouldn’t trust them. they are also saying i owe $150 for an appointment i never made. they’re happy to take your money, but you really have to advocate for yourself to get the job done here. they won’t advocate for you"
"I started out thinking this clinic was amazing. Although Kristi did refill my benzodiazapine prescription, she severely underprescribed it (I work with nurses and CNAs who ask why she prescribed such a low dose and low amount for me because they encounter my anxiety attacks frequently) and then without warning terminated my care for "overuse of medication" because I messaged her to let her know the 15 pills didn't last the month. In the termination letter, she said we talked about the dangers of overuse. We did not talk about overuse because I wasn't overusing it. So just a warning to those out there seeking care with this clinic: she doesn't tell you what she really thinks. She puts on a smile and a soft voice to let you think everything is okay. So just keep your guard up and expect to be dropped if you actually need more intensive care."
"i was referred to this clinic by a mental health specialist and she was truly mistaken when she said this team could help me. the doctor i have been seeing for almost a year left the clinic with no warning or alert. they charge a $40 copay for a 5 minute visit where they tell you to get more fresh air and drink more water, nothing helpful. they refuse to refill my antidepressants, which is not surprising given how they’ve tried multiple times to pull me off of them completely cold turkey. these people are not trained in trauma informed mental health care, and i honestly am to the point of doubting their ability to care for my physical health to. i honestly have no clue what they actually do here given that it seems they spend 0 time actually helping anyone. be aware of their shady practices before you seek care from them, you’d likely be far better off finding another clinic UPDATE: not only was i asked to remove my honest review of my experience here, but i was also notified that revitalized wellness is going to attempt to charge a $150 copay to my debit card even though I haven’t had an appointment recently. i’m incredibly disappointed"
