"Shame on you!! I am the driver for one of your patients and I am appalled to have witnessed the disrespect and lack of empathy that your front desk person exhibited today! The patient walked (slowly, painfully, and in the pouring rain) through the door from outside to be abruptly confronted by “Monica” with, “you are ALMOST at the cutoff time” in front of the other patients in the most condescending and apathetic tone possible. Shame on you if this is the culture you are instilling in your staff or if you are not teaching and expecting empathy and compassion!! Monica, being of obvious mobility as she quickly completed her tasks, was CLUELESS as to how difficult the smallest tasks can be for an elderly disabled person. We felt it was a victory to be three minutes early as it had taken us hours to get there from our out of town location. Your staff quickly turned a victory in to a fouled afternoon. Perhaps the staff can stick to a script of , “Hello” or “Welcome”??"

"Has anyone noticed they focus more on mental health than taking care of clients' pain? Why do they need to see anyone's Directive? Just a question and mean no disrespect. Thank you. Only gave 2 stars because I have only been there 3 times. Once to see a Doctor and 2 times muscle injections."

"Great staff as soon as you arrive, professional yet personable. Doctors I have worked with have been informative yet upfront about your condition. Overall having been seen by some medical staff who don't believe what you tell them or look down at you, it's refreshing to feel comfortable and able to discuss your medical issues without feeling judged."

"Did I have a great experience? That is a hard question to answer. The people working at the front desk are quality people (including the trainee). They are pleasant and efficient. Dr. Vu is an excellent Dr. very knowledgeable, efficient, and pleasant. However, back to your question, I was tired and in pain so the answer is yes, and no, it was and yet, it wasn’t a great experience."

"I left pain care specialists because after 2 years of injections that NEVER worked and absolutely refusing to give me not even one pain pill for my severe flare-ups. I had a really bad flare up. One of the worst I've ever had and they acted like they were doing me a wonderful thing by giving me tizanidine which is a very mild muscle relaxer that does absolutely nothing for my pain. Then when I was in their office writhing in pain their solution was to set me up with a consult for a nerve implant stimulator. They didn't call me back for 2 weeks so basically they did absolutely nothing for me but take my insurance money. Will absolutely never return. I highly suggest back to health chiropractic. They're awesome and have helped me more than these people ever have."
