"I was coughing up blood and parts of a lung. PA Row nurse said they didn't need to see me until October. They said it was a infection. I kept calling the Eugene VA and finally talked to another nurse and she had me in to another Dr and he looked at my x-ray and he told me I had lung cancer. That Dr. Had me in portland va and they took my lung out before October before I ever saw PA Row. I have been on a pain contract with the VA for a number of things,in the last 5 months I've had 4 different Drs.The new Dr will not prescribe my pain medications.Doctors are so afraid of losing their license,so I will have to start looking for illegal drugs. I'VE had 4 pain doctors all agree on my medication."

"I get more anxiety walking into this place than in a combat zone. Terrible primary care and even worse leadership and management. Two stars because imaging, audiology, and volunteer staff are great!"

"Been using this clinic since I retired in 2017. I have had the best care, from dental (I’m 100% so I qualify for dental) to podiatry and in between. My referrals to the community for care have been timely & smooth. There has been a few glitches yet nothing that I would complain about. I was really sad that my PCP moved to a different department because she was wonderful (Annie cole-Bradley) & I’ve been without a new PCP for over a year now. Even with that, my care hasn’t really suffered. I’ve have current eye issues, a ripped cornea OUCH! And the care I have been receiving from Dr Jennifer Prunty it amazing. The staff have all been great to deal with. Truthfully I’ve only had one nurses assistant that was a bit condescending. In 6yrs, 1 person. I go in each time with a positive mindset that & stay realistic about each visit. I know not everyone gets great care all the time . I only gave 4 stars because I’ve been without a PCP for over a year."

"They are very nice. However, they didn't schedule the appointment correctly, so we came in for vaccinations, and it was two weeks too soon. Travele an hour to get there and had to turn around and now come back in two weeks."

"Thank you for your kindness and support! We arrived at the VA with a very reluctant Hero! We were blessed by having the whole team help us. They were helping us out with a shattered arm. Our Vet. Decided his arm was OK. Thank you for being quick and quiet. I will definitely be praying for your team and their remarkable kindness! Melinda"
