"If you need anything more complex than getting your kid's temperature taken, I highly recommending finding somewhere else. We've had a variety of issues with this place, and kept giving them chance after chance thinking it was just a bad day, or there was some honest mistake, or we were in the wrong. But our last few experiences have shown that it is definitely an issue with the staff, including (but not limited to) the doctors. We've never experienced this level of incompetence before from any other medical office, and that's saying something."

"I tried calling on a Monday right when they opened I was on hold only to be told there were no appointments until Friday. If your child is sick and needs to be seen this is not a good practice. I can never see the doctor we like. Overall very poor practice. Had a newborn baby and took her in for her 6 week check up doctor didn't even look at her just pushed vaccines which we are delaying awhile. Will be finding a new practice."

"I never get a chance to call and have a quick appointment for my daughters. Every time my daughters are sick and i call, the appointment will al always be in one or two months to be able to see the doctor. So i always go to urgent care! So far i don’t see the purpose of that clinic except for the annual check up only, where they are the one that call me to schedule that . So in 5 years i never been there for other thing than annual check up. In case of desease , they will say go to urgent care."

"The doctors seem decent and people are kind. Facilities are nice. However, I’ve found the Triage answering service is supremely unhelpful and sometimes the triage staff are quite rude. The wait times once you are called back to the room are long. They wanted us to warm our son’s foot for 5 min on warm water for a PKU test and took so long to return the water had gone cold."

"I am giving 4 stars because the Dr's that I've seen with the exception of 3 (Braun, Ortiz, Grey). They need to hire more staff cuz the front desk ladies are over worked and it shows. It takes a very long time to reach anyone to schedule or otherwise. A couple Dr's r just kinda "tape and glue" Dr's and don't really investigate to find the true cause. My daughter has had feeding issues for over a year and they just look at her and say "typical toddler behavior". They don't listen to me or even offer to do testing to ease my mind and air on the side of caution. I'm trying to find another pediatrician but till I find one im just limiting my contact with them."
