"This place is horrible now. My dr who was Julie slind retired and now I have the worst Dr. kristie Thomas and Nicole reed. I SUFFER from severe migraines and back pain. It’s a fight every month to get my non narcotic migraine medication, I don’t even attempt to have them help my back problems. I’m currently suffering from a pinched nerve and numbness in my leg and dread calling to see either one of them. I’ve seen amambo before and she couldn’t care less about what you have to say and interrupts every other word to talk into her microphone. This place has gone down hill quick. Currently looking for a new place. Stay away from here if you have any choice. Find a real dr who cares."

"Do not trust the doctors at this clinic with your health. They will fail to do simple things like check your medical history before ordering treatments, and are very careless. Dr. Ampambo is the worst doctor I’ve ever encountered. Avoid at all costs."

"I have two daughters who were patients. I've moved one daughter to another clinic. I'm in the process of moving the other daughter. This clinic is by far one of the worst I've ever been to. I agree with other commentors. The staff can be very rude and not helpful. There is a front desk check-in person who is on a power trip. I had words with her and she actually changed my daughter's appointment time while we were sitting in the waiting room after we checked in. She thought we were going to wait for 2-3 hours. I told her where she could take that and walked out. We haven't been back. Dr. Akpamgbo is the doctor we saw. She didn't listen and dismissed every concern my daughter had. Her focus seems to be how can I get you out of my office the fastest....except let me stop after every sentence and record everything I have to say into my voice recorder. Maybe there are professional people and good doctors that work at the clinic on Union Street.....we never met any of them the few times we went in for appointments. There is a reason this clinic has a 2.8 google rating. If you have an option go somewhere else."

"The staff and nurse-practitioners are disorganized, lazy, and don't return your calls no matter how much you insist that it is extremely important. All I needed was for them to fax two pieces of paper to my employer so that I could return to work and it took them TWO WEEKS to tell me that I'd have to make another appointment with a different doctor, for which I'll have to wait another two weeks to see. I'll be out of work for a month now and they couldn't seem to care less. If I could give 0 stars I would."

"I went in yesterday sick like hell. I told them I felt like I had a fever, they scanned my forehead which seemed very odd to me and told me my temp was 98.4... I got home about 15 minutes later, checked my temp with a digital thermometer under my tongue and found out I actually had a fever of 103.4!! - (no one on earth can tell me a person can get that high of a fever in 15 minutes, no) I took ibuprofen which brought the fever down. I did not feel feverish AT ALL after the ibuprofen so you can't say my thermometer wasn't working. I can't sue for medical malpractice because I don't have the proof, otherwise I would sue in a heart beat as failure to diagnose. Either your nurse was negligent and/or your equipment was faulty. Needless to say, I am very angry right now. As a second note their nurses/staff are very rude. I get my contraceptives prescribed from Fred Meyer pharmacy and the nurse said in a belittling voice "oh hun a pharmacist can't prescribe medications only doctors can do that". Really? Then go to Fred Meyer and find out for yourself salem clinic! Creeps."
