"I’m hesitant to leave this review because I don’t want this place to get too crowded lol. I have some complex medical issues that I am a bit particular about. I was previously paying out of pocket to go to a Direct Primary Care clinic which I really liked, but it was getting too expensive for me. I wanted to find a local provider who accepted my insurance. I called around at the names given to me by my insurance company, and they either had 6+ wait lists, or weren’t accepting new patients at all! A friend recommended Well Life to me and I’m so glad they did. I was able to get in quickly, and I felt heard. It’s obvious Dr Tindall really cares about her patients. It’s also obvious that Dr Tindall is super smart- but she is also open to listening to your opinion as you’re the one living in your body. It’s hard to find a physician who doesn’t mind when you ask lots of questions or suggest to them a solution that you may have looked into yourself. I had such a good experience in fact, I now take my child for care here as well."

"The best bed side manners. Providers genuinely care about the patients. Thank goodness I found them!!!!! I happily drive 100 miles to see any of these docs!"

"Dr. Sarah Tindall was amazing! She was so genuinely caring and listened to everything I had to say. It's clear she works hard and cares about her patients. So happy I've finally found a good doctor!"

"First visit seemed like we were being rushed. Dr. Tindall kept breathing like she wasn’t interested and in a rush. Made an appointment again for daughter the next day, showed up and they said they called but never left a voicemail! If we get reprimanded by doctors for being late or not showing up due to car problems or child being sick it should be the same for them! Husband had to get up early from just getting off of work (graveyard shift) then rushing to go to daughters appointment just to find out that doctor wasn’t there because her child was sick??? Said they called but they NEVER left a voicemail. Very irresponsible on their part! It’s almost as if she seemed she didn’t want to see my daughter if you ask me! POOR SERVICE!"

"Everyone is respectful, considerate, caring, and happy to help. Dr. Barnett is by far the best PC doctor I've ever had! I've heard only praises for the other doctors from other clients. I recommend Well Life to everyone I meet. My only complaint is they don't have a strong enough mental health component. They need more therapists and counselors. In the meantime the mental health med management personnel could be doing more thorough general MH evaluations and get a general life history. I don't feel like Med or PC providers ever even read the pre-appointment questionnaire. If they did any/all of those my last med management appointment would have gone a lot better and in general I might be closer to finding the right kind of therapy so eventually will likely not need meds, as well as possibly finding we need to switch up type of meds. It would be really cool if they had a gym for clients or an affiliation with like YMCA or KROC center for staff and clients to use facilities at a significant discount. Overall they're the best clinic I've ever been a client of. I usually feel heard and cared about."
