"Absolutely horrible people! They are one of the only option for my mother and they dropped her because she might be too complicated of a patient for their one doctor. She never actually saw them they dropped her and refused to see her before her first appointment."

"Shelia is the most amazing, caring doctor I have ever met. Our first appointment for my son was probably the best experience I have ever had with a doctor and staff. We will be staying with her as long as possible!!"

"Sheila Wettlaufer FNP is the best provider. My family has been seeing Sheila for 14 years. We even followed her once she opened her clinic 6 years ago. Reading these reviews I feel they don't speak about the Sheila Wettlaufer my family has come to know and love. She stays late to get her patients in, at times she has even opened Saturdays to see her patients. She calls back patients on her own if her staff may be out. (I don't know may providers that take the time to do that) she remembers little things about her patients. She is so caring. My family looks forward to seeing her. Yes she does get behind at times but I know that I will get that same treatment once she comes in the room. None of her patients are numbers they are people to her. Her staff works late, and gets back to patients. Medical assistants are so amazing with patients as well. Especially with kids! Sheila can NOT retire!!!!! Thank you Mill Creek for being AMAZING!!!!! These reviews may have been made out of people not getting what they wanted at that moment but Sheila and her staff always put patients first!!!!!"

"My kids have been patients of Shiela Wettlaufer for about 5 years. When they first became patients it was just her practice. A little while ago she opened her practice up to another medical professional. I don't know much about that side of the practice but I do know our experience went from 4.5 stars down to 2 stars. I've had her staff schedule an appointment, tell me one day/time but really the appointment was actually scheduled for a different day and/or time. Recently somehow they removed my phone number from the file and replaced it with my 13 year old daughters phone number and called her direct to schedule a follow up appointment. When I questioned the staff they acted like it was no big deal and when I discussed it with Sheila Wettlaufer, she tried to tell me I put my daughters phone number on my paperwork. "Sorry Shiela but my daughter did have that number when we joined your practice. Try again". How about just say I'm so sorry, I don't know how that happened. Take accountability. Don't accuse the patient/patients mother and make it their fault. Finally, never make an appointment when you are short on time. It is common practice now to spend an hour and a half(or longer) at their office for an appointment that takes 10 minutes. I'll end this review on a positive note..... a couple of her nurses are really friendly and good with kids & teens. If there is a bright spot in her practice, that would be it."

"Dr. Shelia was incredibly professional, kind, and reassuring, and her staff was helpful and so very sweet. I went in for my first appointment and they were very thorough in giving me the best treatment, and sent me home with a printout of all the tests they'd done, treatments, prescribed medications, along with a rundown of things we'd discussed (such as recommended dietary changes). I have two more scheduled appointments and while I'm not looking forward to "going to the doctor", I'm not as anxious as usual."
