"After 7 years I'm not missing a single appointment or ever. Even being late and being flexible in allowing them to change my appointments as they needed. I show app for my appointment at the time that they scheduled. And they told me that I was late and that they're gonna have to schedule me for a different day. Clearly they do not care about their clients. Wasted my time and had nothing to say about it. This was after the clinic director fired my last Doctor and just decided to become my doctor in replacement."

"Posting this review on behalf of a loved one. This clinic has denied them even the most basic dignity for as long as they’ve been a patient. Their requests to change physicians and pharmacies have been summarily ignored, and their calls to schedule appointments unanswered - even their prescription refills have been denied, at risk to their health, to satiate this clinic’s arcane policies. The negligence of the clinic’s staff is appalling. If you’re considering a health care provider, the only circumstance in which I might advise choosing White Bird Medical is if you have no other choice - and even then, think twice."

After many many years of Drs who simply shrug and tell me I seem healthy despite many debilitating symptoms, Dr Lyon has taken me seriously and accomplished more for my care in 6 months than a long line of Drs who stretched for multiple decades accomplished collectively. He works tirelessly for the welfare of his patients and really makes you feel like you’re being heard and cared for."

"I don't normally post reviews, but White Bird deserves this one. Back in 2020 apparently was my last appointment. I was told I'd receive a call for setting up an appointment, only to never get one. In December 2021 or January 2022, I called White Bird to try and get an appointment for something specific. No one picked up and the voicemail was full, so I couldn't leave a message, forcing me to go to urgent care. This past month, I've been struggling with crippling depression and suicidal thoughts. I'm not a fan of medication because it makes me feel like I'm not myself anymore, but I was willing to try because the thoughts were bad. I call and get an appointment for April 4th, but worry I won't make it til then, so I ask for a sooner appointment and let the receptionist know I'm struggling with suicidal thoughts. Today I was supposed to go in to my new appointment, but less than an hour before I'm meant to be there, I get a call telling me it's been too long since I last went in and am now considered a new patient. Right now, White Bird isn't accepting new patients, so I lost my appointment and have been put on a wait list. White Bird dropped the ball twice, first with not calling and second with not answering. Now they're fine turning away someone who's seriously struggling, forcing me to go to urgent care instead, which is where I'm writing this. I highly recommend not going to them for medical assistance."
