"Yeah, it took a while to be seen and I pretty much feel like garbage, but it’s an urgent care clinic. The staff was super friendly and my nurse was 100% professional and very respectful. I will definitely be back should the need arise."

"I'm using a different email so my quality of care isn't affected in the future, but I had a really weird and disappointing experience here. the wait time was really long, despite the amount of people in the waiting room and the time of day I came in. that's something that's hard to control for, but considering it's mentioned in many other reviews I'm surprised it's still a problem. I was brought back and described my symptoms to the nurse practitioner, who was quite nice but didn't seem to take note of many of the issues I was having. I came in with symptoms that were affecting my capacity to work, so I knew very well I needed to stay home and just needed a note for my employer. Those symptoms were not communicated to the rest of the team, as every time someone came in the room and read off what was going on with me I'd correct them and be met with mild surprise. I was also left alone in the exam room for over an hour for a test I was told would take 20-30 minutes. The doctor herself only met with me briefly. I don't know if it was my age, my gender, or the amount of patients she'd had that day or something, but she was very dismissive and incredulous about the symptoms I was experiencing. She said the tests they ran came back negative, and when I repeated what exactly I was here for she seemed very surprised and double checked my papers (aforementioned lack of communication between the team). I asked about the note for my employer and she said she "guessed" she could give me a day, "but there's nothing really...". I didn't really appreciate the implication that there was nothing wrong with me after the singular test they ran came back negative, especially since I was there for an illness that was affecting my capacity to work. I operate heavy machinery, for reference. I was unceremoniously booted moments after without an opportunity to ask any questions. As i left, I heard the (very nice) woman at the front desk turning people away due to wait times despite there being multiple hours before the clinic closed. The front desk and the nurses were all very nice, but overall I was unhappy with my experience here. I would avoid this urgent care if you struggle to advocate for yourself."

"Molly, you are a superhero! Thank you for your painless injection and genuinely kind soul. ❤️ This location was clean, professional, fast, and easy to find. Parking can be a little tricky here but not impossible."

"Fileted two fingers. They did a very nice job stitching me back together. Looks very good so far and healing nicely. Considering it was two days ago. Needs a little more healing before I can clean it up."

"The service provided was excellent. I sincerely appreciated my provider's straightforward assessment and treatment. I also appreciate being able to check in and leave the clinic while I waited for my turn to be seen. I was told the wait would be 3 hours, which was accurate. I understand that wait times can be long at urgent care, so being able to go home and rest for a couple of hours then getting called in as soon as I came back was fantastic."
