"Seems like a lot of parents are experiencing the same disorganization. We have been waiting over 8 months to get on the "schedule" for mental health therapy. Was told back in June 2023 it would be another month or two before getting on the schedule. No response since then. Very unprofessional. I get that mental health is not a priority in our nation, but common courtesy from a business is expected. I find it hard to believe that all 7 sites have a 8 month backlog. This is the corporate location hence I'm writing my review here."

"Couldn't speak more highly of nt4kids at the Canby location and Jill the Intake Coordinator! My young daughter was diagnosed with upper cervical instability. With a lot unknown besides the x-rays, nt4kids still agreed to see her and got her in quickly. The PT, Lindsay, did not have a lot of time to review her case given the fast referral, but still worked with her and gave her some exercises. Well done nt4kids!! I am telling all of my friends, family and patients that I work with about your organization and EXCELLENT customer service!"

"If I could give no stars I would. From the start of our journey here, the front office in Wilsonville and Oregon City could not get organized enough. They had me sign the same papers four times. The first therapist treated my 14 year old like he was 6. Started talking about interpretative dance and that is not what my son is into. So we tried another therapist. Alice didn’t care to see what my goal was as a mother or what we would like help with as a family. It was so bad our first session online, I walked away 10 minutes into the session. I would not recommend this establishment to anyone. So unorganized and not interested in getting to address what needs to be talked about. Please look elsewhere."

"We waited 5 months to get an appointment for an assessment for our son. When the appointment came our provider, Erin Sweet-Brazel, spent most of the time telling me why she was not the right person to help us, and making referrals to other people. I had called the office prior and asked for specific qualifications when making this appointment and was told she was the right fit. She cited my notes on my son running out of his classroom as a potential safety hazard for play therapy if he could not stay in a room. Well, how about you actually meet him and try it out first? This is supposed to be a kid-focused mental health service. Are the practitioners not trained to work with kids? Are only perfect angels with no mental health issues coming here? Seriously. So I'm not even sure what the whole purpose of that hour I spent was when she could have just emailed me and saved both our time. But she did earn a paycheck for it. My son is not even an extreme case, he's really a pretty average kid but we just can't seem to find anyone who is willing to take responsibility and try to help him."

"My son went here for OT for 2 years. He would make slight improvements then regress. It felt more like he went into play then get any "therapy". Final straw.. Forcing special needs children to wear masks is abuse. This is their policy. Even some of their employees (management) feel this way and agree it is child abuse. This happened last May I believe. It was such a Horrifying traumatic event that happened I haven't been able to talk about it since. I made it clear my 4yr old would not be wearing masks. They lost their only OT and it took SEVERAL months before they finally found someone. She was very unfriendly and clearly did not like her new job. She informed me my son who is severely autistic would have to start "mask training" if he was going to continue going there. I informed her there was no way that will ever happen and that I had made that very clear before bringing my son in. She said he couldn't go there anymore in a very snotty way. I grabbed my boy and left. On the way out the lady at the desk was trying to talk to me about it and the new therapist just rolled her eyes and waved for us to go and said "no it's fine" to the desk lady. I was crying because my son was DEVASTATED!! TRAUMATIZED BEYOND WORDS!! I told her "yeah it's fine for you, my son means nothing to you!" I later received a call from the manager who was deeply apologetic and agreed with all of my feelings on the matter. She said she was forced to take the shot and felt like she was going to die from adverse reactions. I pray she has been able to heal. This place cares nothing for the well being of special needs children."
