"I rarely seek medical care but the bug that has been going around hit me hard. Cough, headache, body aches, congestion, shortness of breath, sleeplessness and fatigue. Dr. Hall was assigned to me and she confirmed all of my symptoms and recommended that I take Musinex. She did not prescribe anything for me. It felt like she thought I was an addict. “If your symptoms persist for 2 more weeks come back and see me.” How can she tell me to continue suffering for 2 more weeks without an ounce of concern?!? I have since gone to Legacy and got the prescription for the cough so I can sleep. With the sharing of medical records isn’t it easy to see which patients are fishing for sedative medication and which are not? Dr. Hall, I AM NOT AN ADDICT!!! I will not waste my time or my insurance company’s money on this clinic again!"

"This isn’t my typical doctors office as I live in Wilsonville but I had a severe allergic reaction to some thing and I needed to go to urgent care and Providence in Canby was the Option recommended to me by my health insurance. Care Oregon. I did not make an appointment and arrived at 1:30 in the afternoon on a Tuesday. The check in process was very simple and fast and the staff were all friendly. To my surprise There was only one person there waiting before me. I was in the office speaking with a doctor within 10 minutes of arriving. In urgent care!?? That blows my mind. I was anticipating a long wait but maybe I got lucky. The Doc was very nice and personable. As soon as he walked in he greeted me like I was an old friend. I don’t think we figured out for sure what caused the allergic reaction but I am grateful they knew exactly what to prescribe me. All in all I have to say for a trip to urgent care it was pretty darn good, I would say I was in and out within 40 minutes tops. That’s unheard of but I also realize that I got lucky because it was a slow day. Thank you to the staff for making a visit to urgent care a positive experience."

"I’ve been to this Immediate Care location many times and for the most part has been very good. I brought my 2 year old this evening which was an event alone with his energy and wanting to use the place as his personal playground! Staff was very supportive and helpful with diagnosing and treating what we came for and most of all doing this with his extreme energy!!! They currently are open 7 days a week 7:am - 6:45pm."
