"Overall, Dr. Amy Tong was incredibly short with me and I could tell she did not want to speak to me. She took all of 3 minutes, said what she needed to say, and then she got up and put her hand on the door and even with me asking questions she was opening the door, I could tell she didn’t care that I’ve lost 80% of my vision in two months, She didn’t care about me or anyone. It’s so scary when these things happen and we need people with a little bit of compassion. I will say the woman I saw before her who did some exams was an angel, incredibly sweet and helpful. I’ve never written a review in my life before that’s how bad Dr.Tong was."

"I have gotten very good care here. I have been seen promptly, gotten good exams with good explanations. I had one visit where I needed to be seen promptly and I was given an immediate appointment at another office. One mention: some reviewers have mentioned longer waits. I have relocated several times around and have seen several practices. With every other practice I have been to, I have been in the office many hours to complete the appointment. This is the only place I have gotten in and out efficiently. Good care is more important than the time spent, but at least in my experience they have run efficiently. I expect that this specialty just has the problem where its hard to predict how long a patient will take and emergencies need to be seen promptly because a patients vision is on the line."
