Living Well Counseling Center, located at 10580 Southwest McDonald Street in Tigard, Oregon, is a health institution dedicated to helping individuals, couples, and families build the skills needed to love and live well. Our personalized care focuses on empowering clients to achieve emotional regulation and mindfulness to create meaningful and lasting change in their lives and relationships. In addition to individual sessions, we offer community outreach, workshops, retreats, and psychoeducational resources. Our office is conveniently located off Highway 99 in Tigard, and we also offer teletherapy for those unable to come in person. Let us help you on your journey to living well.
