"Office staff are rude and unable to send referrals. I've called in 4 times to remind them to send in a referral for my daughters brain surgery because there is a small window of time to have it done and staff say they will do it, only to wait yet another week and call to check if they have done it and find out from her surgeons office that this location is well known to be incompetent."

"Absolutely horrible! I went in a week ago for an ongoing stomach issue that got significantly worse, I explained to the PA that I had just moved to the area and that I have been dealing with a while. She referred me to a specialist who then refused to schedule me with no reason as to why, I called Sherwood providence immediate care back and was told that referral never went through because I had no pcp. So I’m sitting here with a problem and now providence tells me that I need to call and get established. I explained to the PA I did not have one at the visit. She should not be referring people if she has no right to do so and then to get no help at all when I call back. You see providence we live in a time where healthcare providers and entities are being held accountable just ask legacy health services about that. My point is, this standing around not my problem attitude is what is so wrong. The only way I’m going to another providence is to the morgue in a body bag!"

"I leave to go out of town tomorrow at 4am and now have to go with a UTI, and hope I don’t get a kidney infection, because providence is refusing me a virtual visit and i cannot make it to a clinic. Virtual visits I have never had an issue accessing before, but all because my phone number has changed I suddenly don’t have that privilege… Forcing people to choose between forfeiting thousands of dollars for trips they’ve spent months planning, or risk their life/be in severe discomfort to still take the trip when antibiotics take 3 seconds to order, is ludicrous. I’m exhausted of repeated unprofessional behavior and poor healthcare practices from Providence and will switch providers as soon as I’m able to change my insurance."

"Have attempted to call and schedule an appointment 3 separate times but have been unable to get through to anyone. They stopped accepting phone calls during a meeting at one point and didn't leave an option for a message. Another attempt, I was on hold for over an hour and could not connect with anyone, no option to leave a callback number, no email address...no other way to contact this office besides sitting on an endless hold. Really unfortunate experience, as I was looking forward to seeing one of the doctors at this location."

"All the staff were great in the care of my hurt wrist. Elda took my vitals and explained everything well. She was caring and professional. Roger was informative, effective, and timely in taking my X-rays. He showed expertise and was professional. Dr Sean B was helpful, informative, and very professional. I got seen in a very timely manner and the staff were accommodating and willing to meet my needs."
