"I found the sheets used at this location to be extremely uncomfortable. They were scratchy to the point that they distracted from the massage experience. My rating for linens was 0 stars. On the other hand, my massage therapist did an excellent job. I left with decreased leg pain as a result of his treatment and demeanor, which was 5 star. The women who checked me in were cordial and helpful, 5 stars. I hope this Massage Envy finds a different means of cleaning and providing linens - one with softer, comfy sheets. If not, I’ll be looking for a different massage service."
