"My daughter drove herself to an appointment for an eye exam and to get glasses with them. It went well enough other than when it came time to get the glasses. A staff member was with her the entire time choosing the glasses which I guess is good in a way, but made her feel pressured not to take too much of their time when selecting the glasses, and she ended up choosing a pair that she found she did not like when they arrived. The largest issue is the price. The final bill for the glasses (not including the exam) was $715 (which luckily we had insurance that paid $478 of it). They did not inform her that she could buy glasses somewhere else, and she thought she needed to buy from them because they did the exam. After finding she did not like the glasses, she asked if they could do anything like maybe exchange the frames for a different style, but they said there was nothing they could do. So we ended up going to Costco to get another pair. She likes them much more, and they only cost $129 (would have been free with insurance, but was not covered since a pair had already been bought)"
