"I've had a very good experience meeting with Dr. Reebs over the past ~2 years. I was impressed with his method of addressing my immune system strength first, and then going into my very specific issue. We also did bloodwork to get a full picture and chatted frequently to understand how lifestyle changes, vitamins and supplements he suggested were faring. I'm so grateful to him as my energy is way up and as the specific issue I wanted to address has been resolved for months now - never thought I'd see the day! "This review is about their billing department. They do an insurance check before they let you book. They told me the doctor I selected is in-network for services provided at their clinic. Turns out, she is in-network, but NOT at their clinic. So the claim was denied. I was also told the initial visit would be $445 if I had to pay out-of-pocket, and follow ups would be $125-445. I’m being billed $709 for the first visit, and $477 for my follow-up. I have asked several times now why it is more than they said it would be. The billing person answers other questions, but just keeps ignoring my questions about the amount. Honestly, their billing department is not great, and I’ve spent hours trying to sort through all of this with the insurance, even though the clinic told me it was covered before I even booked an appointment. Their billing department had not been helpful in any way."
