"Needed a tetanus shot,booked an appointment online. Go to the address listed on Google and there's a sign they moved. Go to the new location and they're closed. Really frustrating that the system would let me schedule if they aren't open, and that the address is not updated ."
"This place is great. The doctors are caring and friendly. ****UPDATE**** I have to say I would no longer go here. Dr Taylor used to care and he was the best Dr I had ever seen. Now, I called him 1 week prior to major back surgery to tell him that I couldn't take the meloxicam and needed something else before surgery. He told me to take Tylenol.... 9 out of 10 on the pain chart and all I could take is Tylenol. Tomorrow I will be filling a complaint with the state for inadequate patient care. 2 weeks after surgery and I have to turn to alcohol for pain relief and I hate alcohol."
"I've been seeing the same doctor at this clinic for 10 years. I came in as a walk in one day for a minor ailment. The man checking people in told me it would be a two hour wait even though I was the only patient in the office. He told me that they have to have their lunches first. They can't stagger their lunches? Why didn't they take care of me first then go to lunch. Obviously lunch is more important than your patients!"
"Fantastic. Kate was among the most enjoyable and savvy clinicians I've ever been treated by. The rest of staff was friendly and pleasant and the whole experience--as a walk-in with a minor issue--was easy and convenient as well as helpful. Highly recommend!"
