"most incompetent bunch of people I've ever seen. They should all be fired, especially the "manager". They don't even answer the phone. Have to wait at least 30 minutes in line to tell them to fill your prescription which should already be done then maybe you'll get it that day maybe not."
"Really bad service. I called 5-7 times to get a prescription refilled over the time they opened at 2:00pm and kept getting no answer or told it wasn't sent over yet. But my prescription was sent over to them 3 times by my doctor. Then, I was told they were closing at 5:00pm which means they were only open for 3 hours? I had to switch to a different pharmacy because this one clearly just isn't working!"
"Worst pharmacy ever always excuses from the staff. Always switching up saying my meds are ready i go up there and they tell me it hasnt been ready like what the hell this happened more than once and im quite angry switching pharmacies ASAP I suggest don’t get your medication there."
"Worst. Safeway is the worst. They used to be good but have went down hill in the past few years. They customer service is real bad in Sweet Home, Oregon. They don't care about anything but making a paycheck. I've had so many bad experiences here, I don't know where to start."
