"Being forced here by the BiMart sell out. Will not deal with, already had a phone call, told them that the RX had been transfered to Sweet Home Pharmacy, they asked why I did not want to go through Walgreens, told them ATITUDE, DISTANCE AND COST. If you buy out a full service pharmacy in a small town and take all of their customers, why are you making them drive 20 miles and not going to open one up in the small town........answer is money and the great incentives and kickbacks in the RX world to screw over customers"

"The pharmacy staff while some are great, others are extremely unhelpful. Makes me never want to go back."

"They used to be great. I don't know if they are understaffed or if there are other issues, but they have been awful since Bimart pharmacy closed. I have seen the pharmacy techs close the curtain right in the face of people who have waited in the drive thru line for 30+ minutes because it was 7:00 pm. I've had routine prescriptions take over a week to fill...as in things that they just need to pull off a shelf and put a sticker on it."

"I went to my doctor with pneumonia. She sent three prescriptions to the Lebanon Walgreens that I needed that day, as I was pretty sick. This was on Wednesday, 11/16. When I arrived at Walgreens, I found a sign on the door saying that the pharmacy was closed due to "technical problems." OK. No big deal. I called my doctors office and had them resend the prescriptions to another pharmacy. They did so almost immediately. It was when the other pharmacy tried to fill them that the real problem started. My insurance kicked them back because they had already been billed by Walgreens. According to the staff at the other pharmacy they've been having this problem a lot with Walgreens. Even though Walgreens is closed, their automated system accepts the electronically transmitted prescription and immediately and automatically bills the insurance. Even though they're not open and cannot fill them. I had no recourse. I couldn't call the Walgreens and have them cancel the insurance billing because they were closed. I ended up having to pay full price for the prescriptions that I desperately needed. (Pneumonia is not something you mess around with.) Fortunately, the staff at the other pharmacy was able to use coupons and such to get my price down so that it was reasonable. It did not cost me a lot of money. It was a serious inconvenience, though. And I can only imagine what this would do to someone who had prescriptions with a full price much higher than mine. The sign at the pharmacy said they hoped they would be open Thursday. Today is Sunday 11/20, four days later, and Walgreens website says the pharmacy is still closed. One of my prescriptions is filled, and billed wrong because they amount they show is way, way higher than the amount my insurance says it should be. The other two are still pending. My advice to anyone reading this is to stay far, far away from this Walgreens. I've used other Walgreens in the past and they usually did a good job. That's why I picked them originally. But their is something terribly wrong with billing a patients insurance for prescriptions you cannot fill, and could not be picked up if they were."

"This pharmacy is ridiculously understaffed. I know pharmacies every where are, but this one is absolutely the worst. Prescriptions take way too long to fill. I've been waiting days for one that I desperately need even though the phone system told me it would be available 2 days ago. If you try to call you can expect to wait from 50 min to over an hour, I know I've had to call them 2 times this week. They say you can sign up for auto refills, but they keep turning my auto refills off for some reason, which is incredibly frustrating. Stay away!"
