"Great location. Room was about holiday in express level with a 90'sbathroom. $30 amenities few, and you still don't have coffee in the hotel until the restaurant opens and even then no coffee to go. Restaurant is closed between breakfast and lunch and lunch and dinner so no off our food. Why are we paying an amenities fee again? There are plenty of other hotels in the area sane price or less that have coffee and a restaurant that's open before 9 a.m. and no amenities fee."

"Had a nice weekend trip to downtown Portland with my son. The Paramount Hotel was a perfect location to room for a couple of evenings. We especially enjoyed the Taylor St Tavern located on the 1st floor. It had great food and a comfortable atmosphere. The hotel also hosts a bar called Swine (Moonshine + Whiskey Bar) on the 1st floor. I didn't have an opportunity to visit the bar, but will make time to come back and check it out in the future. Ultimately, we had a good time at the Paramount Hotel and definitely recommend it."
"Great location, in the heart of downtown. Very clean, has a restaurant and bar which are pretty decent so you don't need to go far if you need food. Only complaint (which many people in our party had) was that the pillows left a lot to be desired, and were a little difficult to sleep on"
"Great place to stay! The people at the front desk were very kind, helpful, and has great suggestions on places to visit. The night staff were very kind. Building is secure so not just anyone can get in and go to the floors. Everything available in the rooms. Very clean and comfortable room."
